![]() Overcooked work because you have no role defined (no pilot or machine gunner) everybody can do everything, and levels force you to interact with other and to often switch role. Again players wouldn't really interact with each other, so beside sharing objectives and targets, you won't really play with them. Having each player controlling a plane is a little better, but not ideal. Just having 2 players controlling all the crew member would be a nightmare (the control are not that great even with just one player), and spliting the crew in half won't be very interesting since crew members barely interact with each other (beside reviving). Well, it would need a lot of rework to make it as interesting. Originally posted by Waultor Wyte:It definietly makes me wish Bomber Crew was co-op. I think Cosmonautica looks pretty interesting but I'm a bit put off but the incredibly negative reviews And I could add a few others was well later, but those were the first ones coming to my mind without browsing my library of games. As it has no mechanics like in Overcooked or similar games where one task is depending on another to be done simultaneous by another crewmember.Īnd if it is looking for managing a crew check out the games I mentioned in the second half of my previous replay they all have individual crew management in them. Sadly though they only have local co-op and not sure if the Bomber Crew will work that way as it will lose a lot of its charms if each crewmember is controlled by one person. It definietly makes me wish Bomber Crew was co-op. I'd the only real difference is the amount of people you manage. ![]() And yeah, lots of similarities especially the art style. I only played Overcooked once over a friends but when I first saw the trailer for this Overcooked was the FIRST thing I thought of. It's funny you should mention this because I was actually thinking the same thing. It's one of the funniest couch play game, so if you have some gamepads a few friends to play with, give it a try. It's pretty much the same thing, but instead of dropping bomb you must cook things, the challenge is that you have multiple things to take care at once.Īlso they both got kind of the same art style (both game are made with Unity) and both got an extinguisher ! ![]() It's mostly a coop game but you can play it in single player. In fact, MPV doesn’t have much of an interface at all. MPV is another fork project, taking the best bits of the older MPlayer and mplayer2 projects, adding new features and interface along the way. We’re happy to report that VLC isn’t the only active, open-source media player in development, thanks to MPV. GOM Media Player offers a lot of advanced functionality for playing back videos. It still runs great on Windows 10, however, and is still one of the best media players, especially for older PCs. Gretech Online Movie Player or commonly known as GOM player is known to offer an incredible user experience. The one downside to MPC-HC is that development has stalled, meaning there have been no new features or fixes since 2017. It’s also customizable, with interface skins and plugins able to extend functionality further. Like VLC, it handles common and unusual media files, with playback for DVDs and live streams included. The latest version of VLC made many changes, including: Work around busy looping when playing an invalid item through VLM,Fix TTML entities not passed to decoder, Misc raw H264/HEVC frame rate fixes and Fix adaptive regression on TS format change (mostly HLS).Don’t be put off by the dated interface, because MPC-HC is one of the most capable media players available. Alternatives also include 5KPlayer and KMPlayer, both far more hands-on apps that will allow you to get into the nitty-gritty with your media. If you fall into the category of a power user, by all means, check out VLC desktop. If you know, love and use all of VLC desktop’s options then sure, VLC for Windows 10 just won’t have the power you need, but if you’re just looking for a good-looking, fast, and efficient multimedia player for Windows 10, it might be everything you need. Flash technology enables users to view media and animations in greater. Users looking for an application to play audio and video would download Flash Player and those who want to play a wide variety of browser games. If you’re trying to work out what media player is best for Windows 10, then definitely take a look at VLC. Either way, it’s worth bearing in mind that one specific function that’s not available in VLC for Windows 10 is the ability to play BluRay or DVD, something that almost any type of user might miss. If you’re coming fresh to VLC for Windows 10, however, or you simply don’t need lots of options, you might not mind so much. Although it offers a handful, VLC for Windows 10 pales in comparison, so if you’re used to (and love) the original app’s flexibility, you’re likely to be disappointed. If there’s one thing that the traditional version of VLC is famous for, it’s probably the amazing control it offers over almost all aspects of your media. It’s these options that are probably the most controversial thing about VLC. Advanced options in VLC media player for Windows 10 When you’re not playing media, you’ll see further options in the bottom bar (the 3 dots). While you’re playing media, the top bar will also change to offer you the ability to open another file, cast to another device, pick up a local network, or add some kind of removable media like external devices or multimedia servers. For reference, from left to right, the options are as follows: Admittedly, this confusion will only happen the first or second time you use the app but, still, we found it annoying. This was actually one of our least-favorite parts - there are no tooltips for the media options, which means you’ll just have to click each to find out what they do. Once you’ve opened the file, it will play in the main part of the window and, once it starts playing, you’ll see the controls along the bottom.
